Gnoos is a search engine that focuses on providing Australians with the latest information being talked about online locally, and globally on topics of interest in the last day to week.
The website located at (or via) the Internet address http://www.gnoos.com.au/ is owned and operated by gnoos Pty Ltd (gnoos). We can be contacted at support@gnoos.com.au.
These terms are a contract made between gnoos and you. They are legally binding and govern what your rights and obligations are to gnoos, and what gnoos's rights and obligations are to you. Read them carefully (please!).
gnoos offers various services via the Internet address http://www.gnoos.com.au/ (the gnoos website), including a search engine, feed reader, the ability to tag, vote and comment upon items of content and links to the web page of the item content (together the Services).
By accessing or using the Services you are agreeing with gnoos that you will be bound by the terms and conditions (as updated from time to time) set out on the gnoos.com.au website (the terms). If the terms are not acceptable to you, you should cease using the Services immediately.
Our Services are available only for use by people who are at least 18 years old. If you are less than 18 years old, please go away! (But please come back as soon as you turn 18.)
We are continuing to develop gnoos and we plan to change (and improve) the Services regularly. We intend to modify or replace the terms as the Services develop and we reserve the right to do so without having to inform you.
You should check the terms regularly to ensure that you are familiar with the then currently applicable terms.
